Cancellation and refunds
Request cancellation at hi@rivinyo.com. We provide an itemized settlement for completed work and approved, committed nonrecoverable costs, without double-counting. Any payment above that settlement is refunded; any unpaid amount is explained before collection. Deposits are not automatically non-refundable. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
