What we collect

When you email a website request, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, email address, business name, project description, and optionally your current website and preferred timeline. We also receive the package and design inspiration you selected, plus basic campaign information from the link that brought you here (such as utm parameters).

The site itself does not run advertising pixels, third-party analytics, or a lead database. Our hosting provider processes standard technical request information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

How we use it

We use your details to review your request, prepare your quote, and contact you about your project. We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list just because you sent a request.

Service providers

This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Your email reaches us through your email provider and ours. If your project goes ahead, payment is handled by the payment provider named in your quote; we do not receive or store your full card details.

On your device

While you fill in a request, your answers are kept in your browser’s session storage so you don’t lose them if you refresh. Campaign details from the link that brought you here may be kept for the session too. Both are cleared when you close the tab. We do not set advertising cookies on this site.

Retention and access

We keep request emails for as long as needed to respond, manage a project, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete information we hold about you, subject to records we are required to keep.

Your choices

Email hi@rivinyo.com to request access, correction, or deletion, or to withdraw any follow-up consent. Applicable rights depend on your location. We do not sell personal information.

California residents

If you are a California resident, you can email hi@rivinyo.com to request access to or deletion of the personal information we hold about you. Whether a specific privacy statute applies depends on your location and our activities.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here.
